• Illegal Items: Posting illegal or non-agricultural items.
• Harassment: Harassment or abuse of other users.
• Manipulation: Manipulating pricing or platform data.

7. Limitation of Liability

AgriBayan shall not be held liable for product quality, transaction disputes, or delivery issues. Users transact directly at their own discretion.

AgriBayan reserves the right to update these Terms or suspend accounts that violate our policies. Users will be notified of major changes.
